the staff was very lovely and helpful. i enjoyed various activities the hotel offered. the swimming pool was very amazing and jacuzzis are so good. the cocktails at the bar are amazing, i enjoyed the drinks.
the noise was an issue i found a lot of children were noisy. it was difficult to rest and relax sometimes i noticed this. this affected my overall experience.

a beach is close to the location, only about a five-minute walk. it is perfect for sunsets in the cove it felt fine. a rooftop area featured a jacuzzi offering views of the coast.

the entertainment team were fabulous to be around. i participated in great activities filled with love laughter and joy. staff made a cute impression always attentive ensuring we were comfortable.

The staff was friendly and helpful. The food choices were abundant and delicious. There was something for everyone. I also appreciated the CLEAN rooms maintained daily. The view from my balcony was fine (especially the sea view!).
The walls seemed a little thin, I could hear some noise from the hallway at times.

The rooms included a tv with international channels, ideal for unwinding. Daily housekeeping ensured the room was always tidy and fresh. Comfortable beds and pillows allowed for restful sleep.

The staff provided excellent service at all times. Waiters were attentive in the dining area (VERY efficient!). Reception staff was helpful with inquiries and requests. Entertainment staff organized enjoyable activities daily.

I found the staff friendly and always ready to assist. mateo from the kids club was a standout. He really engaged with the children and was helpful with translations. the hotel's location was great. It was close to shops. the reception staff were helpful. the high-quality activities organized by the entertainment team, robert, mateus, and a lady.
i found that the walls are too thin. i could clearly hear noises from neighboring rooms, disruptive.
